During this time I will go over your health history and I will answer any questions you may have.
I will talk to you about changes that you can make to your diet, as well as what herbs you can use to cleanse and nourish your body.
We will then go over some cooking tips to ensure you are maximizing the nutrient content in the foods you are preparing.
All consultations will be recorded via Zoom, unless you choose to do a phone consultation.

This consultation is offered to those with ailments that come on acutely.
During this time I will talk with you about some herbal remedies that you can use to speed the healing process and ease symptoms.
I will also inform you of what foods to stay away from and which ones to incorporate more of.
