A Healthy Outside Starts
From The Inside!

As a Master Herbalist, I believe in assisting the body not overriding it. I believe in working on the cause of an illness rather than the symptoms. I specialize in healing the body with herbs, whole foods, meditation and Reiki.

Sarah Madsen

master herbalist, reiki master teacher

I  believe that our bodies have the innate ability to heal themselves. Proper nutrition along with taking herbs, drinking distilled water, utilizing Reiki, massage, exercising, deep breathing, meditation and getting out in nature are our keys in allowing this process to take place.

I am passionate about teaching others what I have learned over the past thirteen years with my own experience of raising four children, all without the use of Western medicine. It is so empowering to be able to heal yourself and your loved ones at home, without all the complications and side effects.
